Instructions to authors

Abstracts

• Contributions are made in the form of a one-page summary in French (preferably) or English.
• The contributions accepted by the scientific committee will be the subject of a presentation of about fifteen minutes followed by questions and/or a poster based on the choice of the author.
• It is requested to respect the format of the provided template (Latex or Office).
• In any case (acceptance or not), do not forget to register as soon as possible to participate in the conference! (the two processes are independent).

Presentations

• Each presentation should last between 10 and 15 minutes + 5 minutes of questions.
• It will be presented by the author by live videoconference (webcam connected) during one of the congress sessions, on the dedicated platform.
• The presentation should be in French, or exceptionally in English (information to be specified by the author in advance, during the submission process).
• The candidate should prepare slides, that summarise his project, which will projected during the face-to-face conference.

Posters

• The posters should be presented by the authors during a special, dedicated session, via live videoconference on the conference platform.
• Every author will have a reserved videoconference room where he/she can present his/her work to the audience who will navigate between the rooms, as per a face-to-face conference.
• All shared documents should be in PDF format, additional illustrations (including images, videos, visit to an experience, etc.) are allowed.
